Real Estate, Hotel & Practice Photography in Meissen – how I work

As a real estate photographer in Meissen, I photograph holiday apartments, hotels, guesthouses and apartment buildings – for hosts, landlords, owners and property managers. Meissen and the Elbe valley are wine country – hotels in the old town, holiday apartments with a view of the Elbe and guest rooms on wine estates live from pictures that convey atmosphere.

Meissen is half an hour down the Elbe from my studio – travel included for most assignments. I schedule shoots in Meissen around the daylight – for holiday apartments, ideally between two bookings.

For a holiday apartment or a hotel room, the first photo decides whether someone keeps clicking. I photograph rooms the way guests should experience them: bright, tidy, with straight lines and honest colors – so the pictures deliver on what the place promises.

Besides the overviews, I photograph the details that make a place special: freshly made beds, the set table, the old front door, the view from the window. Plus the building from outside. For doctors’, dental and therapy practices, I photograph reception, waiting area and treatment rooms; for owners and property managers, entire properties – from the facade to the stairwell and elevator down to the basement.
