Trust begins before the first appointment.

Anyone looking for a new doctor, dentist or physiotherapist looks at the website and the Google profile first. Friendly faces, bright rooms and a look into the treatment room take away a lot of patients’ uncertainty – stock photos and old phone snapshots can’t do that.

For practices in Meissen, Coswig and the Elbe valley, I photograph team, rooms and workflows – calmly, in a friendly way and without holding up day-to-day operations.

I photograph your practice the way it really is: the team at reception, the doctors in portrait, waiting area and treatment rooms, typical workflows and the details that make your practice what it is. Plus a team photo and the exterior for your Google Business Profile.

So that day-to-day operations don’t suffer, it’s best to shoot outside office hours or on an afternoon when the practice is closed. For most practices, two to three hours are enough. Meissen is half an hour down the Elbe from my studio – travel included for most assignments.

Process

How the shoot works.

  1. 1. Initial conversation

What do you need the photos for – website, Google, recruiting? We decide which rooms, people and workflows to show and find a date outside office hours.

  2. 2. Preparation

Tidy the rooms, consistent practice clothing, consent from everyone who will be in the pictures. You get a short checklist in advance.

  3. 3. Shoot

Rooms first, then portraits every 10 minutes, a team photo and re-enacted treatment scenes with your team.

  4. 4. Delivery

The online gallery arrives within three working days. You choose, I retouch subtly and deliver every format for website, Google and portals.

Frequently asked questions about practice photos

Do we shoot during office hours?

Preferably not. The easiest option is an appointment outside office hours or on an afternoon when the practice is closed – then the rooms are free and the team has time. For most practices, two to three hours are enough.

Do you also photograph patients?

Only with their written consent. It’s usually easier to re-enact treatment situations with team members – it looks just as real, and you’re on the safe side.

What do we need to consider legally for practice photos?

You need written consent from everyone who can be recognized in the pictures. In addition, special rules apply to advertising by medical practices in Germany, for example from the Therapeutic Products Advertising Act (HWG) and professional codes of conduct – for instance for before-and-after pictures. That’s why I mainly photograph team, rooms and workflows. This does not replace a legal review of your website.

What should the team wear?

Ideally their normal practice clothing – fresh, consistent and without large prints. For portraits, a second, private option can be useful, for example for LinkedIn. I’ll send you a short checklist in advance.

How quickly do we get the photos?

You get an online gallery within three working days. After your selection, I retouch subtly and deliver all photos in web and print resolution – in portrait, landscape and square formats for website, Google profile and doctor portals.

How far is the journey to Meissen?

Meissen is half an hour down the Elbe from my studio – travel included for most assignments.

Can new employees be photographed later?

Yes. I document lighting and settings so that new colleagues can be added later in the same look.

How much do medical practice photos cost in Meissen?

Photos at your practice – rooms, team and workflows – are charged by time: €160 net per hour, half day (up to 4 hours) €590 net, day rate (up to 8 hours) €1,150 net, each including selection, editing and delivery, plus travel costs. For most practices, a half day is enough. Team portraits cost €70 net per portrait for eight people or more; a single portrait in the studio costs €190 net. All prices plus 19% VAT.
