Photographer · Dresden · Saxony · Germany-wide
I photograph people in motion: on the field, on stage, at the company. For clubs, companies, organizers and institutions in Dresden, Leipzig, Bautzen and all of Saxony – first photos on the same day.
Digital Designer · Graphic Design · Dresden
I design logos, visual identities, posters, magazines, books and social media graphics – for festivals, companies, municipalities and culture in Saxony. I take the photos for them myself, so in the end everything fits together.

“Above all, I appreciate that working together is uncomplicated, reliable and on an equal footing. By now Daniel knows our business very well, quickly understands what we want, brings in his own ideas and almost always finds a good solution. A clear recommendation from us!“

“Extremely flexible and always willing to help. And he will also let you know if he can’t help – which is at least as important as the rest. Daniel is hardworking and makes the impossible – possible. Always a pleasure to collaborate, especially on big brands like Levi’s, Netflix, Paulaner Spezi, and more.“

Vertical more and more often: what portrait orientation means for websites and business portraits, and why, as a photographer in Dresden, I’d love a square sensor.
Vacation and reportage photography at Lake Garda: why I shot almost everything in Torbole with the 35mm f/1.4 and rarely needed the 135mm.

Digital Design & Web Studio
As a digital designer I create logos, posters, magazines and campaigns; as a web studio I plan, design and publish websites. I take the photos for them myself – so in the end everything fits together.
Corporate design, logos, posters, magazines, books, flyers and social media graphics – from a single source with the photography, so everything fits together.
Websites that I design, build and publish – fast, search-engine friendly and with real photos instead of stock images.
Area
From the Neustadt I can be anywhere in Dresden in twenty minutes, and in Leipzig, Chemnitz or Bautzen in an hour. For clients with several locations I work throughout Germany in the same look – and for campaigns, festivals and companies internationally too, most recently in Berlin, Mannheim, Schwerin and on Fuerteventura.
About me
For more than ten years I’ve been working at the intersection of photography and design – for sports clubs, companies, festivals and institutions. The advantage for you: while photographing, I’m already thinking about the poster, the website, the LinkedIn post. The pictures fit when they arrive.
Clients include: Die Fahrradkette, HygCen Germany GmbH, Dresden Titans Basketball GmbH, Autoladen Dresden, Concrete Candy GmbH, Große Kreisstadt Kamenz, Landeshauptstadt Dresden, Filmnächte am Elbufer, Agentur Schröder, DSC Volley GmbH, Dresden Monarchs, DAVE Festival Dresden, Anvajo GmbH, Cloudbridge Consulting GmbH and many more.
More about meMy studio is in Dresden-Neustadt. I work throughout Saxony – especially in Dresden, Leipzig, Bautzen, Kamenz, Meissen, Radebeul, Pirna, Görlitz and Chemnitz – and throughout Germany for sports, events and companies with several locations.
For events and sports I deliver a first selection on the same day, the complete edited gallery within 2 to 5 working days. For portraits and business photos you get the selection gallery within 3 working days.
Use for your own communications – website, social media, press, print, internal – is included in the fee. Only passing the photos on to third parties for advertising use (e.g. sponsors, agencies) is agreed separately.
My hourly rate is €160 net; for longer assignments the half day (up to 4 hours) is €590 net and the day rate (up to 8 hours) €1,150 net – each including selection, editing and delivery of the photos, plus travel costs. A single portrait in the studio costs €190 net; for teams of eight or more, €70 net per portrait; portraits at your location are calculated individually. Schools, clubs and event organizers get individual prices. All prices net, plus 19% VAT. After a short conversation you get a fixed quote with no hidden items.
Date, place, scope – I’ll get back to you within one working day with a concrete quote.
