One look for the whole team.

Employee photos are often the first thing customers and applicants see of a company: on the team page, on LinkedIn, in the email signature. If every picture looks different – a phone snapshot here, a vacation photo there, a studio shot from ten years ago – the whole company looks inconsistent. I photograph all employees with the same light, the same background and the same crop.

To do this, I come to you with a mobile studio – in Dresden, throughout Saxony and beyond. Each person is away from their desk for only about ten minutes; half a day is enough for 30 people. On request, I then also photograph work scenes and a team photo, so your website shows not just faces but also how you work.

New colleagues are photographed later in the same look. That way your team page stays consistent for years.

Process

How the shoot works.

  1. 1. Initial conversation

What do you need the photos for, which look fits, where do we set up? Your team receives brief information on clothing and schedule in advance.

  2. 2. Shoot day

Setup in about 45 minutes, then portraits every 10 minutes according to the schedule. Afterwards, on request, work scenes and a team photo.

  3. 3. Selection

The online gallery arrives within three working days. Each person chooses for themselves – or you choose centrally for everyone.

  4. 4. Delivery

Subtly retouched, portrait format, square and cut out on request – in web and print resolution.

Frequently asked questions about corporate headshots

How long does the shoot take per person?

About ten minutes. I work to a schedule that you share with everyone in advance – whoever’s turn it is comes by briefly, everyone else keeps working. Half a day is enough for 30 people; for 100 people we need about a day and a half.

Do you come to our company?

Yes. I bring a mobile studio with lighting and backdrop and only need a room of about 4 × 5 meters, for example a meeting room. Setup takes around 45 minutes. I also photograph individual portraits in my studio in Dresden’s Neustadt district.

Which background suits us?

That depends on your website: neutral white or gray, a color from your corporate design – or the real work environment with soft blur. The latter often feels more personal and suits practices, trades and agencies alike.

What should employees wear?

Ideally what they wear in everyday work – plain colors, without fine patterns and without large logos, because thin stripes and checks flicker on screens. A second option to change into never hurts. Before the shoot, your team gets a short info sheet from me with all the tips.

Can new employees be photographed later?

Yes. I document lighting, distance and settings so that follow-up shoots match the existing look exactly – the photo from 2027 will look like the one from 2026.

Does this also work at several locations?

Yes. I build the same setup at every branch so that all portraits look consistent – even if the rooms differ, for example with low ceilings.

How quickly do we get the photos?

You get an online gallery within three working days. Each person picks their favorite, or you choose centrally. I then retouch subtly and deliver all photos in portrait format, square and cut out on request – in web and print resolution.

Do we need the employees’ consent?

For publication on the website and social media you generally need the written consent of each person – it’s best to obtain it before the shoot. Anyone who doesn’t want to be photographed won’t be.

How much do corporate headshots cost in Dresden?

A single portrait in my studio in Dresden’s Neustadt district costs €190 net – including selection, editing and delivery. For teams it gets much cheaper: from eight people, €70 net per portrait. Portraits at your company and work scenes are charged at €160 net per hour; for longer assignments the half day (up to 4 hours) is €590 net and the day rate (up to 8 hours) €1,150 net, plus travel costs. All prices plus 19% VAT.
