A space for portraits, products and ideas.

My studio is in Dresden’s Neustadt district, a few minutes from Dresden-Neustadt station. High ceilings, white walls and large windows make it a bright workspace in which portraits look calm and clear – without a heavy studio atmosphere. Anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable in front of the camera quickly notices: it’s more of an atelier than a photo studio.

Depending on the subject, I shoot with daylight or with flash and continuous light. For business portraits there’s a bright backdrop, for products, packshots and cover artwork a shooting table with clean white. What’s created in an hour is edited and in your gallery the next day.

The second part of the space is a design studio: this is where posters, magazines, logos and websites are created – often directly from the photos taken next door. The advantage for you: photography and design speak the same language from the start.

Frequently asked questions about the studio

Where is the studio and how do I get there?

The studio is at Leipziger Str. 33, 01097 Dresden, right in the Neustadt district. By tram you’re there in a few minutes from Dresden-Neustadt station, and there’s parking in the side streets. I’ll send you the exact entrance with the appointment confirmation.

How long does a session take and what should I bring?

For a business portrait I plan 20 to 30 minutes, for a more extensive portrait shoot an hour. Bring one or two outfits you like to wear – calm colors work best in front of the bright walls. We’ll discuss everything else on site.

Can I also use the studio for product photos or small teams?

Yes. The space is suitable for product photos, packshots, cover artwork and team portraits of up to about eight people. I prefer to photograph larger groups at your location or at a suitable venue in Dresden.

Will the photos be edited?

Yes, every delivered photo is selected and edited – colors, contrast, skin subtly. You receive the photos in web and print resolution via an online gallery, usually within three working days.

How much does a portrait in the studio cost?

A single portrait in the studio costs €190 net – including consultation, photo selection, editing and delivery. Groups and teams get a tiered price: from eight people, €70 net per portrait. For several looks or a whole portrait series, I prepare an individual quote. All prices net, plus 19% VAT.

Book a studio session?
