A good portrait happens in the first twenty minutes – once the tension is gone and someone stops posing for the camera. I work calmly, with little equipment and plenty of time for conversation. Usually with daylight or a single light source, often in black and white.
I photograph portraits in my studio in Dresden’s Neustadt district, in the city – in front of the Semperoper, by the Elbe, in an industrial area – or wherever you feel at home. For musicians, authors, founders, athletes, actors and everyone who needs a picture that says more than a résumé.

Groups and teams get a tiered price: from eight people, €70 net per portrait. Portraits at your place or on location are calculated individually based on effort and travel. All prices net, plus 19% VAT.
